We provide professional cleaning services across Manchester and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

After Builders Cleaning

Antiviral Sanitisation
Carpet Cleaning
Curtain Cleaning
Upholstery Cleaning
Oven Cleaning
Mattress Cleaning
One-Off Cleaning
Window Cleaning
Rug Cleaning
Service Areas Include:
Altrincham, Bolton, Bury, Cheadle, Westhoughton, Farnworth, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport.
We may add or remove services or areas at any time without prior notice.
All bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
Bookings are subject to availability.
We may request additional information to assess the scope and duration of a job.
For larger or specialised services (e.g., after builders cleaning), site visits or photo assessments may be required.
Time of arrival is approximate; delays may occur due to traffic or previous booking overruns.
Prices depend on property size, condition, and requested service.
Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas, extra rooms, access issues, or unexpected job complexity.
All prices will be confirmed before service begins.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
For commercial clients, invoices must be paid within the agreed billing period.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Missed appointments due to customer absence or inability to access the property may be charged at full rate.
Customers must ensure:
Cleaners can safely enter and access the property.
Parking space is available where required (parking fees may be added to the invoice).
Any alarm systems are deactivated or instructions are provided.
Pets are secured for the safety of the cleaners.
If the cleaner cannot access the property, a call-out fee or full-charge fee may apply.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking.
Remove valuable items and personal belongings from areas to be cleaned.
Inform us of any fragile items, hazards, or restricted rooms.
Ensure utilities (water, electricity, heating) are available during cleaning.
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services.
If you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We may return to rectify issues at no additional cost, at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.
Accidental damages worth less than reasonable wear or below our insurance excess.
We carry public liability insurance. Claims must be submitted with evidence within 48 hours of service completion.
Our staff follow strict safety guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse service if:
The environment is unsafe
There is harassment, aggression, or inappropriate behaviour
The property is excessively hazardous or unclean beyond reasonable scope
For antiviral sanitisation, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or other specialist services:
Results depend on fabric type, material condition, and pre-existing stains.
We do not guarantee full stain removal.
Some items may require patch testing before treatment.
Customers must ensure the property is vacant or empty before cleaning unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for final inspection failures caused by issues unrelated to cleaning.
